We are dedicated to ensuring that your experience at Hair Lab Solutions exceeds your expectations. If, however, you find yourself less than completely satisfied, we encourage you to communicate with us either during your appointment or within 24 hours following your service.
Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually strive to improve and tailor our services to meet your needs and preferences.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

CANCELLATION & No-Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us through text, phone, or email of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the reservation.
This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service. Appointments that are cancelled or amended less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in an automatic charge of $50.00. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation.

Please be courteous to your Stylist and the studio's other guests.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation we will have to reschedule your appointment and assess an automatic fee of $50.00.

Credit Card Policy

To secure your appointment, we kindly require that a valid card be kept on file. This ensures a seamless reservation process and helps us maintain our scheduling efficiently. Your card information will be securely stored, and no charges will be applied unless specified or in the event of a cancellation or late policy violation.
