We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us through text, phone, or email of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the reservation.
This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service. Appointments that are cancelled or amended less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in an automatic charge of 50%. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation.
